自古以来,育人、做人是我国传统中重要的德育思想,既有着深厚的历史基础,又与时俱进融汇时代精神。初中思想品德课程历久弥新,新教材在编排设计上科学、生动和人文化,在课堂教学中学生基本能形成较好的道德认识,但是在成长过程中的道德行为却明显滞后,有时甚至出现认识与行为的矛盾的情况。究其原因是由于学生在面对现实身心困扰比如网络的诱惑、应试的疲倦、过错后果的承担不适应等时就碰到了很大的困难从而出现了矛盾、迷茫、无助、消极的身心行为。作为德育思想工作者要及时深刻地认识和研究初中生的这些困绕,提供科学有效的帮助,有的放矢开展工作,创建良好氛围促进学生健康成长。

As a moral education worker, we should timely and profoundly understand and study the difficulties of junior high school students, provide scientific and effective help, aim at work, create a good atmosphere and promote the healthy growth of students.
