目的人文关怀在重症监护病房(ICU)患者护理中的应用价值。方法选取2015年1—10月广宁县人民医院ICU收治的84例患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为常规组与人文组,各42例,分别给予常规护理、人文关怀护理。比较两组患者不良事件发生情况、ICU停留时间、机械通气时间、生存满意度、日常生活活动(ADL)恢复情况。结果人文组患者ICU获得性衰弱、焦虑与抑郁躯体症状、危象抢救发生率均明显低于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);人文组患者ICU停留时间、机械通气时间均明显短于常规组,生存满意度、出ICU时完成ADL个数均明显高于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论采用人文关怀理念指导可有效改善患者不良情绪,降低ICU获得性衰弱、危象发生风险,提高活动能力,促使其早日康复。
Objective Humane care in the intensive care unit (ICU) patient care value. Methods Eighty-four patients admitted to ICU of Guangning County People’s Hospital from January to October in 2015 were selected as research objects. According to the random number table, they were divided into routine group and humanistic group, 42 cases in each group, which were given routine care and humane care respectively. The occurrence of adverse events, ICU stay time, mechanical ventilation time, survival satisfaction, daily life activity (ADL) recovery were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the conventional group, the prevalence of ICU in the humanistic group was significantly lower than that in the conventional group (all P <0.05). The duration of ICU stay, the duration of mechanical ventilation Were significantly shorter than the conventional group, satisfaction with life, the number of ADL completed at the time of ICU were significantly higher than the conventional group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Adopting the concept of humane care can effectively improve the bad mood of patients, reduce the acquired debilitating ICU, the risk of crisis, improve the activity ability and promote its early recovery.
