应用双波长薄层扫描法,以齐墩果酸为标准品,对云南产木根皮、茎进行含量测定。结果表明,根皮含量为茎含量的4.4倍。从化学成分的角度而言,在制药生产及处方用药中可用茎加量代替根皮使用,对保护及合理开发利用天然药物资源有重要意义。
Using double-wavelength thin-layer scanning method, oleanolic acid was used as a standard to measure the contents of stems and stems of A. yunnanensis roots. The results showed that the root bark content was 4.4 times the stem content. From the chemical composition point of view, the use of stems instead of root bark in pharmaceutical production and prescription drugs is of great significance for the protection and rational development and utilization of natural medicine resources.
