高速公路建设投资资本投入大、建设周期长、资金回收时间长。近年随着高速公路建设规模不断扩大,投资规模不断攀升,新建高速公路项目资本金的缺口问题成为直接制约高速公路建设和发展的焦点之一。本文以G公司为案例,分析了高速公路新建项目资本金缺口产生的主要原因,并提出解决的对策建议。
Investment in highway construction investment large, long construction period, long time for fund recovery. In recent years, with the continuous expansion of expressway construction and the continuous increase of investment, the gap of the capital of newly built expressway projects has become one of the focuses that directly restrict the construction and development of expressways. Taking G company as an example, this paper analyzes the main reasons for the capital shortfall of the expressway new construction project and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions.
