苏府[2010]11号各区人民政府,市各委办局,各直属单位:现将苏州市老住宅小区综合整治领导小组办公室制定的《苏州市区老住宅小区新一轮综合整治实施意见(2010～2012年)》批转给你们,请认真遵照贯彻。二○一○年一月十四日苏州市区老住宅小区新一轮综合整治实施意见(2010～2012年)苏州市区自2005年开展老住宅小区综合整治以来,城区共整治了39个老住宅小区(房屋1590幢、建筑面积384.7万平方米),受益居民累计5.56万户。实施老住宅小区综合整治后,小区道路畅通,房屋结构安全,绿化档次提升、面积增加,管线使用方便,环境整洁有序,安全技防设施到位,居民人居环境
