笔者从事办公室工作二十余载,对“办公室工作无小事”这句话感触颇深。为了避免百密一疏,确保服务工作零失误,笔者在实践中使用“项目列举法”来开展工作,感觉效果不错。我所使用的项目列举法,就是在着手筹备一次会议或活动前,先行列举需要做的每一项具体服务工作。可以本着从大到小、由粗及细的原则,把所有应做的事情一一列举出来,以避免因考虑不周而出现纰漏和失误。而且借助这种办法,可以实现办公室工作的项目化、流程
