目的:建立木香分气丸中柚皮苷、橙皮苷和新橙皮苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用反相HPLC,色谱柱为AgilentC18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相乙腈-1%磷酸水(21∶79),流速1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长283 nm,柱温30℃。结果:柚皮苷进样量在0.110 8~1.218 8μg线性关系良好(r=0.999 4,n=6),平均回收率为97.5%(RSD 0.80%,n=6);橙皮苷进样量在0.226 8~2.494 8μg线性关系良好(r=0.999 7,n=6),平均回收率99.0%(RSD 1.7%,n=6);新橙皮苷进样量在0.084 8~0.932 8μg线性关系良好(r=0.999 4,n=6),平均回收率为98.2%(RSD 1.6%,n=6)。结论:该方法重复性好、灵敏度高、定量准确,可作为木香分气丸质量控制方法之一。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of naringin, hesperidin and neohesperidin in Muxiyanqi Pills. Methods: Reversed phase HPLC was used. The column was Agilent C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) with mobile phase of acetonitrile-1% phosphoric acid water (21:79) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL · min- Temperature 30 ℃. Results: The naringin injection had a good linearity (r = 0.999 4, n = 6) with an average recovery of 97.5% (RSD 0.80%, n = 6) The linear range was 0.226 8 ~ 2.494 8μg (r = 0.999 7, n = 6), the average recovery was 99.0% (RSD 1.7%, n = 6) Good (r = 0.999 4, n = 6), with an average recovery of 98.2% (RSD 1.6%, n = 6). Conclusion: The method has good repeatability, high sensitivity and accurate quantification. It can be used as one of the quality control methods of Qixiang Pill.
