检测了转抗冻蛋白基因番茄D4代植株在低温条件下过氧化物酶(POX)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性.实验显示:转afp基因番茄植株在苗期低温锻炼中,三种酶活性均明显高于对照未转基因植株,表明转基因植株在生理生化水平上获得了有益的变异,且抗寒性增强.
The activities of peroxidase (POX), catalase (CAT) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) in transgenic D4 tomato bearing antifreeze protein gene were detected. The results showed that the activity of three enzymes in the transgenic tomato plants transformed with afp gene was significantly higher than that in the control non-transgenic plants at seedling stage, indicating that the transgenic plants had a beneficial physiological and biochemical variation and the cold resistance was enhanced.
