渗透汽化(PV)作为一种新兴的膜分离技术,受到学术界和工业界的广泛关注。PV复合膜由分离层和基膜组成,基膜与复合膜的分离选择性、渗透通量及机械强度密切相关,性能良好的基膜不但可以提高膜的选择性和通量,而且能够强化膜的稳定性,提高膜的实用性。详细介绍基膜的作用机理及其材料选择的研究进展,并对基膜的改性方法进行综述。
Pervaporation (PV) as a new membrane separation technology, has been widely concerned by academia and industry. The PV composite membrane is composed of the separation layer and the basement membrane. The separation selectivity, permeation flux and mechanical strength of the basement membrane and the composite membrane are closely related. The good base membrane can not only improve membrane selectivity and flux, but also strengthen the membrane The stability, improve the practicality of the membrane. The mechanism of basement membrane and the research progress of material selection are introduced in detail, and the modification methods of basement membrane are reviewed.
