内科1.Lewis 夫人,70岁,营养中等。主诉:短距离步行后有呼吸困难伴有胸骨下疼痛。体检;踝部水肿,颈静脉充盈,肺背侧可听到啰音,心率110/分,血压110/90mmHg,呼吸24/分,体温36.7℃,皮肤苍白、轻度湿冷。诊断为充血性心力衰竭。(1)充血性心力衰竭的症状是由下述那些因素所致的?a、静脉回流减少。b、体内液体郁积。
