地源热泵的U地埋管换热器中,单井设置U型管组数不同时对换热器的换热效果有很大的影响。本文利用GAMBIT建立单、双U型管换热器的数学模型,并用FLUENT对三种换热器在相同热物性、相同支管间距的条件下的换热情况进行了计算模拟。模拟结果表明单井内设置U型管组数越多地埋换热器的换热效率越高,但随着入口流速、回填材料和土壤参数的不同,U型管组数对换热效率的影响程度有所不同。
Ground-source heat pump U buried tube heat exchanger, single-well set U-tube group number of different heat exchangers have a great effect on the heat exchanger. In this paper, the mathematical model of single and double U-tube heat exchangers was established by GAMBIT, and the heat transfer of the three heat exchangers under the same thermal properties and the same branch spacing was simulated by FLUENT. The simulation results show that the heat transfer efficiency of buried heat exchangers is higher with the number of U-shaped tubes set in a single well. However, the influence of the number of U-shaped tubes on the heat transfer efficiency varies with the inlet velocity, backfill material and soil parameters The degree is different.
