日前,第四届全国高校模拟集体谈判大赛在浙江省玉环县举行。笔者作为工资集体协商指导员身份,有幸观摩大赛的全过程。大赛现场,两张集体谈判桌上各对座4人,劳方由工会主席、工会副主席、女职工委员、职工代表组成;资方由总经理、副总经理、财务总监、人力资源代表组成。这些大二年级的学生扮演着相应的角色,就劳动报酬、工作时间、劳动安全卫生等劳动关系有关事项,进行面对面的协商谈判。
Recently, the Fourth National College Simulation Collective Bargaining Contest was held in Yuhuan County, Zhejiang Province. The author as a collective wage guide instructor identity, fortunate enough to observe the entire contest. Contest site, two collective bargaining table seats four, labor by the union chairman, union vice chairman, female staff members, staff representatives; employers from the general manager, deputy general manager, chief financial officer, human resources representatives. These sophomores play a corresponding role in negotiating face-to-face negotiations on labor relations, such as labor remuneration, working hours, labor safety and hygiene.
