人民代表大会制度是我国的根本政治制度。通过各级人民代表大会代表参与管理国家事务,发展社会主义民主,健全社会主义法制,是党的十一届三中全会以来确定的根本方针。作为一名全国人大代表,根据这个要求,无论是代表大会期间,还是闭会期间,我都认真履行宪法和法律赋予的职责,积极参政议政,为国家和人民多办实事。我的体会是:一、不断增强代表意识是行使代表职权的基础和前提通过多年来参政议政的实践,使我逐步地认识到,要当好人大代表,首先要对人大代表的性质、地位、职权有充分的认识。人大代表是国
