含C耐火材料的显著特点,在于作为浇钢过程中的屏蔽材料,用以防止渣的浸润。提高C含量可以改善渣润湿性能。但是如果C含量过高,则会产生氧化及脆性问题。 Al_2O_3-SiC-C系统中,C与FS(熔融石英)为最重要的组分,为提高使用寿命,研究渣润湿及它们与渣之间的反应就显得极其重要。 本文,我们变动Al_2O_3-SiC-C系中的C和FS含量,并测试渣浸润现象。减少C含量,增加FS含量的材料是为渣润湿,并通常给耐蚀性带来负作用。作为本次研究结果,我们期望在耐火材料上覆盖渣层能成为延长连铸材料寿命的得力措施。
The salient feature of C-containing refractories is that they serve as a shielding material in the pouring process to prevent the infiltration of slag. Improve the C content can improve the slag wetting properties. However, if the C content is too high, oxidation and brittleness problems may occur. Al_2O_3-SiC-C system, C and FS (fused silica) is the most important component, in order to improve the service life, to study the wetting slag and their reaction with the slag is extremely important. Here, we change the C and FS content in the Al 2 O 3-SiC-C system and test the slag infiltration. Materials that reduce the C content and increase the FS content are wetted by the slag and usually have a negative effect on corrosion resistance. As a result of this study, we expect that covering the slag layer with refractory materials will be an effective measure to extend the life of the continuous casting material.
