以涟钢2200m高炉的送风系统为研究对象,按照1:10.6的比例建立物理模型,研究供风量、风口直径及风口长度等对风量均匀分布的影响。同时,建立了数学模型并进行了计算。结果表明,通过调整风口参数能获得均匀的煤气流分布。
Taking the blast furnace 2200m blast furnace air supply system as the research object, a physical model was established according to the ratio of 1: 10.6 to study the influence of air supply, tuyere diameter and tuyere length on the uniform air volume distribution. At the same time, the mathematical model was established and calculated. The results show that uniform gas flow distribution can be obtained by adjusting the tuyere parameters.
