SY4500型重铺机组是用于沥青路面连续重铺的大型成套设备,应用液压驱动、电子传感和总线控制技术,使用节能环保的路面加热方式,采用最新的路面重铺工艺方法。整套机组工作时,可对路面进行加热、铣刨、耙松、集料及后处理,就地实现沥青路面面层再生利用和重铺,解决与基层承载力或路面底层结构无关的路面病害。施工作业时,原铺层材料可100%再生利用。SY4500型重铺机组经过路面重铺试验,于2005年通过国家“863”计划项目验收,同时产品正式投放国内路面养护领域。
SY4500 resurfacing unit is a large complete set of equipment used for continuous resurfacing of asphalt pavement. It adopts hydraulic drive, electronic sensing and bus control technology, uses energy-saving and environment-friendly pavement heating method and adopts the latest pavement resurfacing technology. The entire set of units work, the road surface heating, milling, harrowing loose, aggregate and post-processing, in-situ asphalt pavement surface recycling and resurfacing to solve the grass-roots bearing capacity or road surface structure has nothing to do with the ground disease. Construction operations, the original layer of material can be recycled 100%. SY4500-type resurfacing unit after pavement re-testing, in 2005 through the national “863 ” program project acceptance, while the product officially put into the field of domestic pavement maintenance.
