目的建立临床盆腔炎的动物模型。方法以健康成年新西兰兔为研究对象将大肠埃希菌接种到输卵管系膜及注射到输卵管,7d后剖腹探查,通过肉眼、光镜及电镜观察炎症形成情况。结果盆腔腹膜和盆腔器官明显充血、水肿、粘连。光镜见明显的炎细胞浸润,电镜下细胞核核膜不清,染色体线粒体肿胀。结论3×108cfu/kg大肠埃希菌注射至输卵管可建立典型的盆腔炎动物模型,其重复性强,可用于实验研究。
Objective To establish an animal model of clinical pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods Healthy adult New Zealand rabbits were used to inoculate Escherichia coli into the fallopian tubes and into the fallopian tubes. After 7 days, laparotomy was performed. The inflammation was observed by naked eye, light microscope and electron microscope. Results pelvic peritoneum and pelvic organs were significantly congestion, edema, adhesions. Light microscope see obvious inflammatory cell infiltration under electron microscopy nuclear nuclear membrane unclear, chromosomal mitochondria swelling. Conclusion The injection of 3 × 108cfu / kg Escherichia coli into the fallopian tube can establish a typical animal model of pelvic inflammatory disease, which is highly reproducible and can be used in experimental research.
