众所周知,我国化肥工业在产业规模不断增长的同时,企业竞争力弱、能源资源约束大、传统品种过剩、新品种发展不规范、生产与使用脱节等问题凸现。在这种情况下,一提小化肥装置,更是容易被归于高能耗、不环保、不安全之列,饱受诟病。然而,在安徽省小化肥企业的发展中可以看到,只要把握调整方向,顺势而为,小化肥企业同样也能有大作为,甚至在某些领域还有一定的优势。安徽省是农业大省,也是化肥生产的大省,本刊编辑部希望通过专访把脉我国未来化肥工业的发展趋势,给行业发展以启示。为此,采访了安徽省化肥工业协会常务副理事长、安徽省化肥技术委员会主任委员夏英彪同志。
As we all know, China’s fertilizer industry in the continuous growth of the scale of the industry at the same time, weak competitiveness of enterprises, energy resources constraints large, the traditional surplus varieties, new varieties of non-standard development, production and use of out of touch with other issues highlights. Under such circumstances, it is more and more criticized that a small fertilizer plant should be easily classified as a high-energy-consuming, environmentally-friendly and unsafe one. However, in the development of small fertilizer enterprises in Anhui Province, we can see that as long as the adjustment direction is taken advantage of, the small fertilizer enterprises can also make great achievements and even have certain advantages in some fields. Anhui Province is a major agricultural province, but also a major province in the production of fertilizer. The editorial department of this journal hopes to reveal the development trend of China’s future fertilizer industry through an interview and give inspiration to the development of the industry. To this end, interviewed Anhui Province Fertilizer Industry Association executive vice chairman, Anhui Province, fertilizer technology committee chairman Xia Yingbiao comrades.
