在洗涤血小板悬液中加入不同浓度纤维蛋白溶酶(纤溶酶)后,FACS测得的抗GPIb单克隆抗体(单抗)的荧光结合强度随纤溶酶浓度的增加而逐渐下降,中止纤溶酶作用并无明显恢复。正常血小板经TritonX~100处理后,抗GPIb单抗荧光结合强度明显增加。纤溶酶作用后的洗涤血小板无论是否经TritonX-100处理,抗GPIb单抗荧光结合强度均明显减弱,但处理者为甚。
After adding different concentrations of plasmin (plasmin) to the washed platelet suspension, the fluorescence intensity of anti-GPIb monoclonal antibody (mAb) measured by FACS decreased gradually with the increase of plasmin concentration. Solubility did not recover significantly. Normal platelets treated with TritonX ~ 100, anti-GPIb monoclonal antibody fluorescence intensity was significantly increased. Platelets washed with plasmin showed no significant difference in the fluorescence intensity of anti-GPIb mAb with or without TritonX-100 treatment, but the treatment was even worse.
