自制了一套用于研究温度作用下土体水分传输机制的室内试验模拟系统。采用水浴加热替代电阻丝直接加热的方案,解决加热不均匀且不容易控制温度的难题。应用串行通讯接口技术把智能温度控制仪表和微机连接,实现了温度自动控制和采集的自动化。开展了7组试验耗时接近1年,试验结果表明,该系统性能稳定、部件之间兼容性较好,连续工作30天温度的波动范围在±1℃内,证明该试验系统可用于模拟温度作用下土体的水分传输过程。
A set of in-house test simulation system was developed to study the mechanism of soil water transport under temperature. Water bath heating instead of direct resistance wire heating solution to solve the problem of uneven heating and not easy to control the temperature. Application of serial communication interface technology to the intelligent temperature control instrumentation and computer connected to achieve automatic temperature control and acquisition automation. Seven groups of tests were carried out for nearly one year. The experimental results show that the system has stable performance and good compatibility among components. The fluctuation range of temperature during 30 days of continuous operation is within ± 1 ℃. It is proved that the system can be used to simulate temperature Under the action of soil moisture transfer process.
