[目的]分析延边地区朝鲜族和汉族小学生脂肪细胞因子水平与多种代谢指标的相关性.[方法]分别于2012年7月15—18日和2013年7月16—21日间,采用整群抽样方法抽取5 747例延边地区小学生(朝鲜族2 011人,汉族3 736人)作为研究对象,测量身高、体质量、腰围(WC)、收缩压(SBP)及舒张压(DBP),并测量清晨空腹血清三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、血糖(FBG)、胰岛素、脂联素、瘦素、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和脂肪细胞脂肪酸结合蛋白(A-FABP)水平.[结果 ]调整民族、年龄和性别的偏相关分析结果显示,延边地区小学生脂联素水平与体质量指数(BMI)、WC,SBP,DBP,TG,FBG和胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)呈负相关(P<0.01),与HDL-C呈正相关(P<0.01);瘦素水平与BMI,WC,SBP,DBP,TG,FBG,HOMA-IR呈正相关(P<0.05),与HDL-C呈负相关(P<0.01);TNF-α水平与BMI,WC,SBP,DBP,TG,HOMA-IR呈正相关(P<0.01),与FBG,HDL-C呈负相关(P<0.05);A-FABP水平与BMI,WC,SBP,DBP,TG,HOMA-IR和HDL-C均呈正相关(P<0.01);朝鲜族与汉族小学生脂联素、瘦素、TNF-α和A-FABP水平与多种代谢指标的关联程度有所不同.[结论]延边地区朝鲜族与汉族小学生不同脂肪细胞因子水平与多种代谢指标的关联程度有所不同,且存在民族差异.
[Objective] To analyze the correlation between the level of adipocytokines and a variety of metabolic parameters among Korean and Han primary school students in Yanbian area. [Methods] From July 15-18, 2012 and July 16-21, 2013, Group sampling method: 5 747 primary school students (2 011 in Korean and 3 736 Han nationality) in Yanbian were selected as study objects to measure height, weight, waist circumference (WC), systolic blood pressure (SBP) and diastolic blood pressure (DBP) Fasting serum triglyceride (TG), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), blood glucose (FBG), insulin, adiponectin, leptin, TNF-α and adipocyte fatty acid (P <0.05). [Results] The results of partial correlation analysis of adjusting ethnicity, age and sex showed that the levels of adiponectin in body mass and body mass index (BMI), WC, SBP, DBP, TG, HOMA-IR was negatively correlated (P <0.01), but positively correlated with HDL-C (P <0.01). Leptin level was positively correlated with BMI, WC, SBP, DBP, TG, FBG and HOMA-IR (P <0.05), but negatively correlated with HDL-C (P <0.01). The level of TNF-α was positively correlated with BMI, WC, SBP, DBP, TG and HOMA- C was negative correlation (P <0.05); A-FABP water The levels of adiponectin, leptin, TNF-α and A-FABP were positively correlated with BMI, WC, SBP, DBP, TG, HOMA-IR and HDL-C in Korean and Han pupils The correlations of metabolic indices were different. [Conclusions] The association of different adipocytokine levels with multiple metabolic indexes varies between Korean and Han pupils in Yanbian area, and there are ethnic differences.
