课程是实现人才培养目标的基本单元,是反映社会人才需求的最具体呈现。中高职衔接的本质是课程体系的衔接。针对中高职课程衔接中存在的问题,使用基于职业岗位群能力分析的方法对中高职衔接课程体系进行设计和建设,就能对接紧密、特色鲜明。
Curriculum is the basic unit to achieve the goal of personnel training and is the most concrete manifestation of the needs of social talents. The nature of middle and high vocational education is the connection of the curriculum system. Aiming at the existing problems in the connection between the courses of higher vocational education and higher vocational colleges, the design and construction of the joint course system of higher vocational schools can be closely linked and distinctive with the method based on the analysis of the professional post groups’ abilities.
