2008年4月8日,中国工商银行与中国网通在北京举行了“发卡与收单合作协议签署暨牡丹网通信用卡首发仪式”。它标志着双方的合作进入崭新的阶段。中国工商银行行长杨凯生和副行长张衢,中国网络通信集团公司副总经理、中国网通(集团)有限公司总裁左迅生、中国网络通信集团公司副总经理姜正新参加了仪式。
On April 8, 2008, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China and China Netcom held a “Signing and Cooperation Agreement for Issuing and Acquiring Bills and the Peony Netcom Credit Card Initial Ceremony” held in Beijing. It marks a new phase in the cooperation between the two sides. Mr. Yang Kai Sheng, Vice President of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, and Zhang Qu, Vice President of ICBC, Mr. Zuo Xun-sheng, Vice President of China Network Communications Corporation, President of China Netcom (Group) Co., Ltd. and Mr. Jiang Zhengxin, Deputy General Manager of China Network Communications Corporation attended the ceremony.
