There is an urgent need for effective cross-disciplinary collaborative medicine (IPP). The United States Joint Commission proposed that ineffective communication is the leading cause of medication errors and delays in treatment. IPP is closely related to the convenience of medical treatment, the quality and safety of medical care, the cost-effectiveness of medical treatment and the improvement of patient satisfaction. The National Academy of Medicine advocates the inclusion of a cross-disciplinary team as a key factor in improving the health care system. In 2010, the World Health Organization (WHO) proposed to include interdisciplinary medical education and practice in all medical services. near
