本文从权利保护的角度归纳了《中华人民共和国招投标法》赋予业主的11项权利,对其中已被限制、削弱、蚕食等方式侵犯的7项权力及其表现进行了陈述,分析了业主不主张权利的根源及后患,提出了保护业主权利必须重视的4个问题,以期唤起业界对业主权利的重视。
This paper summarizes the 11 rights granted to the owners by the Law of the People’s Republic of China on Bidding and Tendering from the perspective of the protection of rights and makes a statement on the seven powers which have been infringed upon by ways of limitation, reduction, encroachment and so on. Advocating the root of the rights and the subsequent troubles, put forward four issues that must be paid attention to in protecting the rights of the owners so as to arouse the attention of the industry to the rights of the owners.
