矿井移动设备,尤其是综采设备,实行集中管理和租赁制在国外一些国家已是成熟的经验。这对搞好设备科学管理,促进设备更新换代,提高设备使用率,降低待修率,充分发挥经济效益有很大作用。目前,我国已有一部分使用综采设备的单位实行了集中管理和设备租赁,收到了较好的效果。大屯煤矿就是其中的一个。他们根据生产、检修、管理上的需要,参照国外的有关资料,试行了对综采设备实行集中管理和内部租赁,加强了综采设备的管理,提高了综采设备的使用效率,减少了综采队搬家倒面时因设备不足而影响生产的现象,保证了升井后的检修,使设备处于良好状态,提高了综采设备的经济效益。他们的经验值得推广,望其他单位也在试行中总结经验,提高我们的管理水平和技术水平,把综采设备租赁工作向前推进一步。
