以电炉粗锌为原料,采用精馏-蒸发-冷凝法生产高品质超细活性锌粉。采用扫描电镜、原子吸收分光光度计、等离子体发射光谱仪和激光粒度分析仪等先进设备对所得高品质锌粉进行了表征分析。结果表明,采用该工艺生产的高品质锌粉具有规则的球形形貌,杂质含量低(<50×10-6),总锌和金属锌含量高,分别≥99.5%和≥98%。精馏温度、液态锌的蒸发温度以及冷凝器的温度等工艺参数是影响高品质超细活性锌粉质量的主要因素。
The electric furnace crude zinc as raw material, the use of distillation - evaporation - condensation production of high quality ultrafine active zinc powder. The obtained high quality zinc powder was characterized by scanning electron microscopy, atomic absorption spectrophotometer, plasma emission spectrometer and laser particle size analyzer. The results show that the high quality zinc powder produced by the process has a regular spherical morphology with low impurity content (<50 × 10-6) and high content of total zinc and metal zinc, which are respectively ≥99.5% and ≥98%. Distillation temperature, the liquid zinc evaporation temperature and the temperature of the condenser process parameters are the main factors affecting the quality of ultra-fine active zinc powder.
