针对七一煤矿通风调整后形成的分区通风系统运行特点,结合系统关联点处的风量、风向以及负压等参数变化,对矿井通风系统的各分区运行特点进行了针对性分析。结果显示,系统经调整稳定后,南翼通风系统主风机负压为1.91kPa,风量为6049m3/min,负压与调整前相比略有增加,风量减小468m3/min,减小约7.2%;北翼通风系统通风负压为0.89kPa。结果表明,整个矿井通风系统运行稳定,达到预期效果。
In view of the operation characteristics of zoned ventilation system formed after ventilation adjustment in Qiyi Coal Mine, the characteristics of operation of each district in mine ventilation system are analyzed according to the change of wind volume, wind direction and negative pressure at the system connection point. The results show that after the system is adjusted and stabilized, the negative pressure of the main fan of the south wing ventilation system is 1.91kPa and the air volume is 6049m3 / min. The negative pressure slightly increases compared with that before adjustment, and the air volume decreases 468m3 / min, about 7.2% ; Northern Ventilation system ventilation negative pressure 0.89kPa. The results show that the whole mine ventilation system is stable and achieves the expected result.
