Due to the continuous innovation of cerebrospinal fluid cell collection and staining methods in recent years, cytological examination of cerebrospinal fluid is gaining more and more attention. Some of our work in this area are as follows. First, non-characteristic of cerebrospinal fluid lymphocyte esterase activity: esterase mature cytoplasm can be hydrolyzed
