网络舆情的监测作为新媒体出现之后的一个新的分支,越来越受到政府部门或者机构的重视,对于舆情在不同发展时间的研判和分析,对于事态的引导和解决有着重要的作用。本文从网络舆情的周期、网络舆情的监测特点以及网络舆情的研判三个方面来解读。
