新近,“法治经济”这一概念在国家战略层面得到了正式确认和使用,集中体现了党和国家在“四个全面”协调推进的探索中所取得的成果和进展。在学理上阐明法治经济的概念意涵、内在机理和运行逻辑,对于国家经济社会发展战略的实施具有重要意义。
Recently, the concept of “rule of law and economy” has been formally confirmed and used at the national strategic level and has concentratedly reflected the achievements and progress made by the party and the state in the exploration of the coordinated promotion of “four comprehensives”. It is of great significance for the implementation of the national economic and social development strategy to rationally clarify the concept meaning, internal mechanism and operation logic of the economy under the rule of law.
