本项研究从气候生态的角度,对我省小麦耔粒的蛋白质含量及赖氨酸、面筋等其他一些品质性状与气象条件的关系进行了分析,对影响小麦品质的主要气象因子、不同播种时期对籽粒营养品质的影响、不同气象因子与小麦品质之间的定量关系以及籽粒蛋白质含量变化的空间分布特征与气象条件等方面作了研究、探讨。
In this study, from the perspective of climatic ecology, we analyzed the protein content of wheat grains in our province and the relationship between some other quality traits such as lysine and gluten and weather conditions. The main meteorological factors affecting wheat quality, On the nutritional quality of grain, the quantitative relationship between different meteorological factors and the quality of wheat and the spatial distribution of grain protein content and meteorological conditions were studied and discussed.
