本文概述了国内外硫脲提金的试验研究概况,阐述了硫脲一步法(金属置换法、矿浆直接电积法、矿浆树脂法、炭浆法)提金的理论基础,论证了影响一步法提金过程技术经济指标的主要因素及其交互影响。通过试验对比,认为上述四种一步法提金方案具有较好的工业化前景,但矿浆直接电积法和吸附法具有较高的浸出速率。对龙水金矿的含金84克/吨、含碳2.09%的浮选金精矿,采用硫脲矿浆直接电积法处理,浸出—电积4小时,可以得到浸出率为90~97%,沉积率为96%左右的小型试验指标,用直接剥离或反向电积的方法得到成品金,证明硫脲矿浆直接电积法提金工艺是一种高效快速的提金方法,有利于提高提金过程的经济效益。目前急需进一步完善工艺,组织扩大试验以验证小型试验的结论。
