在大量的教育实践过程中,由于相当一部分师生无法沟通或沟通不畅,造成师生关系不和谐,以致互相埋怨,互相不信任,最后导致教育的失败。可以说,在某种程度上,师生之间关系的好坏决定教育的成败。沟通可以使教育发挥最大的效能。首先,“同理心”是教师与学生沟通的前提;其次,教师要用真诚唤起学生的信任感;第三,教师要真心诚意地接纳与尊重每一个学生。总之,沟通是打开教育之门的金钥匙。
