数字化管理模式下,铸造工艺卡作为企业铸造工艺载体,内容常常不够全面详尽,与车间生产实际相脱节,没有形成生产过程、质量信息和工艺3者之间的闭环反馈[9],不能有效地控制工艺成本。针对这些问题,提出了基于数字化技术的铸造工艺卡参考模型,此模型包含造型、合箱浇注、清理打磨等主要工艺参数,涵盖工装模具、作业路线、工艺BOM、工艺成本、质检要求、生产质检反馈等方面。实际应用表明,该工艺卡参考模型能有效指导车间生产,良好控制铸件质量,快速准确地形成工艺BOM,较好地控制工艺成本。
In the digital management mode, the casting process card, as a foundry process carrier, is often not sufficiently detailed and completely out of line with the actual production in the workshop. There is no closed-loop feedback between the three production processes, quality information and process [9] Control process costs. Aiming at these problems, a reference model of casting process card based on digital technology is proposed. The model includes the main process parameters of molding, box-in-place and clean-up and grinding etc., covering tooling and mold, operation route, process BOM, process cost, Quality inspection feedback and so on. Practical application shows that the process card reference model can effectively guide the workshop production, good control of casting quality, process BOM quickly and accurately, better control of process costs.
