甜玉米又叫水果玉米、蔬菜玉米,它是玉米的一个亚种。我国食用甜玉米时间不长,1964年北京农业大学试制第一个中国甜玉米罐头。近几年各地试种,都获得成功,发展较快。现就当前甜玉米生产问题谈几点看法,供各地参考。 1.选择适合当地的品种。以幼嫩果穗作水果、蔬菜为主的,应选用超甜玉米品种:超甜2002、淮84—67、甜玉2号、泰甜、东北超甜;以做罐头制品为主的,则应选用普通甜玉米品种:梅
