随着新课改之风的盛行,基础教育领域发生了很大变化,但是在各学科的教学中,依然存在着“教师教得辛苦、学生学得痛苦”的不良现象,特别是在信息技术课程的教学中,更存在着诸多不容忽视的问题,如学生喜欢玩电脑,不喜欢上信息技术课;掌握了信息技术知识与技能,却不能将其运用到实际问题的解决中;学生的信息技术素养层次悬殊等等,这一系列问题导致信息技术课程一直处于低效率、低质量的教学水平,因此,如何优化教学策略,实现信息技术课程的有效教学,就成为目前广大信息技术教师重点关注与思考的问题。
