8月7日,1999年度《行政人事管理》杂志发行暨1998年度通联发行表彰会在郑州召开,各市地人事局办公室主任、省直部分单位人事处长、部分市(地)、县人事局长参加了会议。省人事厅副厅级巡视员韩世景到会并讲话,《行政人事管理》杂志社总编方铁对1998年《行政人事管理》通联发行工作进行了总结发言。
