联轴器液压紧配螺栓是一种带有可扩涨中间锥套的紧配螺栓,它由带斜锥的杆身,具有相应圆锥内孔的中间锥套以及2只螺母组成。 联轴器液压紧配螺栓安装时,通过液压拉伸器将螺栓轴向拉伸,使中间锥套在螺孔中涨成过盈配合,然后再对两端螺母预紧紧固。拆卸时,先用液压拉伸器松开螺母,然后用油压扩涨法使螺栓松脱,或从另一端用液压拉伸器将螺栓松脱。 联轴器液压紧配螺栓是近年来在国外造船工业乃至机械工业的各个领域应用较多的一种紧配螺栓,它的出现是对传统的联轴器紧配(铰制)螺栓的工艺变革,它主要具有下述优点: 1.采用液压拉伸器装拆紧配螺栓,工艺简便快捷,取代了传统的“锤击”或“冷套”的紧配螺栓安装方法。
