内燃机在未来几十年仍将是移动式动力装置的主要原动机。2011年,我国内燃机年产量已达13.5亿千瓦,内燃机的石油消费量约占我国石油总消费量的66%,我国石油进口依赖度已达54%。内燃机也是大气环境的污染源,发展高效清洁内燃机技术是经济和社会发展的最大需求。2007年欧盟颁布了强制性汽车CO2排放法规(Regulation’(EC)NO.715/2007),要求2012年轿车的CO2平均排放低于130g/km,2015年低于95g/km。要求2014—2017年轻型商用车的CO2排放比2007年降低14%,2020年进一步减少28%,达到147g/km。美国能源部也要求大幅度提高内燃机效率,2020年重型内燃机热效率由当前的40%提高到55%。我国内燃机油耗现状与上述国际先进内燃机油耗法规标准还存在很大差距。
The internal combustion engine will remain the prime mover for mobile power plants for decades to come. In 2011, China’s internal combustion engine output has reached 1.35 billion kilowatts, internal combustion engine oil consumption accounts for about 66% of China’s total oil consumption, China’s oil import dependence has reached 54%. Internal combustion engine is also a source of pollution to the atmospheric environment. Developing efficient and clean internal combustion engine technology is the greatest demand for economic and social development. In 2007, the EU enacted Regulation (EC) NO.715 / 2007, which requires that the average CO2 emission of sedans in 2012 be less than 130g / km and less than 95g / km in 2015. It is required that the emissions of CO2 emissions from light commercial vehicles for 2014-2017 be reduced by 14% from 2007 and further reduced by 28% to 147g / km by 2020. The United States Department of Energy also requires a substantial increase in internal combustion engine efficiency, heavy-duty internal combustion engine thermal efficiency in 2020 from the current 40% to 55%. The present situation of fuel consumption of internal combustion engine in our country still has a big gap with the above-mentioned international standards of fuel economy of internal combustion engine.
