1病例报告患者男,39岁,不慎被雷电击伤,俯卧于地上,伴一过性意识丧失,立即被送入附近医院,行简单处理,伤后4h转入我院。查体:体温37.5℃,呼吸20次/分,脉搏108次/分,血压130/90mmHg(1mmHg=0.133kPa)。创面分布于躯干、双上肢、双下肢,右手掌心为入口,有焦痂,双足为出口,双足青紫
A case report Male, aged 39, was accidentally struck by lightning and was prone to the ground with a transient loss of consciousness. He was immediately sent to a nearby hospital for simple treatment and transferred to our hospital at 4 hours after injury. Physical examination: body temperature 37.5 ℃, breathing 20 beats / min, pulse 108 beats / min, blood pressure 130/90 mmHg (1mmHg = 0.133kPa). Wound distribution in the trunk, upper extremities, both lower extremities, right palm as the entrance, there are eschar, feet for the export, feet purple
