为适应我国加入世界贸易组织的新形势，国家外汇管理局对中资企业外汇结算帐户管理政策进行了调整，包括降低开户标准、放松开户数量限制等。这些政策自2001年12月1日起开始实施，但我市企业对此反应冷淡，至今没有一家企业向我局提出新开户申请。符合新开户标准的企业仍然不多
