“坚持什么样的文化方向,推动建设什么样的文化,是一个政党在思想上精神上的一面旗帜”,江泽民同志明确指出我们党要始终代表先进文化的前进方向。胡锦涛总书记抓住社会主义思想道德建设这一先进文化的重要内容和中心环节,鲜明提出要树立以“八荣八耻”为主要内容的社会主义荣辱观。浙江省委按照中央要求,从浙江实际出发,作出了《关于加快建设文化大省的决定》。省直机关党委在建立健全保持共产党员先进性和加强机关党建工作长效机制过程中,对机关党建工作与文化建设的关系、机关党组织如何加强机关文化建设中发挥作用等问题,进行了深入调查研究,出台了《关于加强机关文化建设的意见》,作为全面推进机关党的建设的一项重要举措。
