IEEE802.11标准的MAC层协议支持节点的移动性通信,但是它的切换功能存在很大的局限性不能满足移动用户的需要。文中提出了一种利用GPS定位信息的邻居图(NG)快速切换算法(GPS_NG)。它的使用增强了无线局域网(WLAN)的切换功能,并且大大减少了切换延迟。
IEEE802.11 standard MAC layer protocol supports node mobility communication, but its switching function has a great limitation can not meet the needs of mobile users. In this paper, we propose a fast neighbor graph (NG) handover algorithm (GPS_NG) using GPS positioning information. Its use enhances the switching capabilities of wireless local area networks (WLANs) and greatly reduces switching delays.
