情商即非智力因素。良好的情商应该包括关怀和同情他人,表达和理解情感,自尊、自信、有独立性、适应能力强,能维系融洽的人际关系。智商是天生的,而情商更多的要靠后天培养。在素质教育取代应试教育的今天,情商的培养无疑成为素质教育的重要内容。那么,在新课程教学中应注重培养学生哪几方面的情商呢?
EQ is a non-intellectual factor. Good emotional intelligence should include caring and compassionate others, expressing and understanding emotion, self-esteem, self-confidence, independence, adaptability, and maintaining harmonious interpersonal relationships. IQ is born, and EQ more depends on nurture. In today’s quality education to replace the exam-oriented education, EQ training undoubtedly become an important part of quality education. So, in the new course teaching should focus on cultivating students which aspects of the emotional quotient it?
