用Al-3wt%Ti合金真空加压钎焊Si3N4陶瓷,研究了压力对钎缝组织与接头性能的影响。结果表明,如果填充金属钎焊时处于固液双相区,施加压力既能减小钎缝宽度,又能改善钎缝金属组织,使接头强度得到提高;加压可以作为一种改性钎缝金属的方式。含大量Al3Ti的Al-3wt%Ti钎焊接头与用纯Al钎焊的接头相比,其高温性能得到明显改善,前者600℃时的剪切强度为29MPa,而后者只有4.5MPa。
Si3N4 ceramics were vacuum-brazed with Al-3wt% Ti alloy to study the effect of pressure on the microstructure and joint properties of the braze joint.
