针对采用真空感应、真空自耗重熔双联冶炼工艺的GH4169合金棒材所生产的环形锻件,其内部出现的低倍组织缺陷展开实验分析,通过对缺陷位置进行解剖观察低倍和微观组织形貌,以及对缺陷区域和基体正常区域进行能谱分析比较等,提出形成缺陷的主要原因可能是由于Nb、Ti元素偏析、δ相及MC富集产生,并就抑制缺陷形成方案提出了建议。
For the annular forgings produced by the GH4169 alloy bar with vacuum induction and vacuum consumable remelting double smelting process, the microstructure defects of the low magnification appeared in the inner part of the forgings were analyzed experimentally. The defects were dissected and observed under low magnification and microstructure The main reason for the formation of defects is that Nb, Ti elemental segregation, δ phase and MC enrichment are produced, and some suggestions are proposed to suppress the formation of defects.
