后现代主义教育思潮在教学范式上主张教无定法,要灵活多变的进行教学,消解二元对立的思维方式,由此提出反思性教学的重要性,倡导反思性教学不是简单的回顾,而是在回顾中发现问题,从而更好的改进教学。这不仅对教师提出了新的要求,同时这种反思性教学对中学课堂的教学过程、教育对象等都起到重要作用。
