技术规范是工程设计 据,是体现国家技术先进和施工的技术法规和依 水平的标志。根据交通部的指示,近年来对原有的水运工程技术规范进行了全面的修订工作。目前,港口工程技术规范以单行本出版试行的已有十二种,并将陆续修订出版的尚有六种;航道方面正在修订船闸设计规范和全国内河航道标准两种。为了更深入和广泛地搜集试行中的意见和积累经验,提高和完善今后的技术规范修订工作,编辑部决定自今年起开辟水运工程技术规范专栏,组织报导各种技术规范中主要技术条文的修订依据,同时还将选登各界工程技术人员在试用中发现的问题和提出的改进建议。 本期刊登有关港口工程技术规范的《混凝土和钢筋混凝土规范(设计部分)修订概况》一文。文中简要地阐述了主要技术问题的修订依据,该规范现正送交通部审批。编辑部希望广大读者对本专栏给予支持、帮助,以丰富本刊内容,并有助于完善规范的修订工作。
Technical specifications are engineering design data and represent the technical regulations and standards of the state that are advanced in technology and construction. According to the instruction of the Ministry of Communications, in recent years, the original specifications for waterway construction have been completely revised. At present, there are 12 kinds of technical specifications of port engineering that have been published for trial in a single bank, and there are still six kinds of technical specifications for the port engineering that will be revised and published in succession. Two standards for design of the ship lock and national standards for inland waterway are being revised. In order to collect more and more opinions and accumulate experience during the pilot phase and improve and perfect the revision of the technical specifications in the future, the Editorial Department has decided to start a special column on technical specifications for waterway construction from this year and organize the revision of major technical provisions in various technical specifications Based on, but also will be selected all sectors of engineering and technical personnel found in the trial problems and suggestions for improvement. This issue is published in the port engineering specifications “concrete and reinforced concrete specifications (design part) revision overview” one article. The article briefly describes the revision of the main technical issues, the specification is now sent to the Ministry of examination and approval. The editorial department hopes that the readers will give their support and help to this column to enrich the content of this publication and help to improve the normative revision work.
