本文在采用三甲基硅烷化法研究Na_2O-CaO-SiO_2三元系统玻璃时发现,SiO_2含量为50mol%的玻璃在硅烷化过程中有大量乳白色胶状物生成,它不溶于HMD或其他有机试剂,但具有憎水而亲有机试剂的性质。经IR、DTA、TG和C、H元素分析鉴定,这种胶状物是玻璃中聚合度极高的大分子硅酸阴离子团硅烷化产物。文中提出了根据碳含量推导这种不溶性TMS产物结构的汁算方法。结果表明,其可能结构为“三维网络”碎片状硅酸盐。
In this paper, trimethylsilylation of Na 2 O-CaO-SiO 2 ternary system glass was found that the SiO 2 content of 50mol% of the glass silylation process in a large number of milky white jelly, it is not soluble in HMD or other organic reagents , But with hydrophobic and pro-organic reagent properties. In this paper, a method for calculating the content of this insoluble TMS product based on the carbon content is proposed. The results show that its possible structure is “three-dimensional network” fragment silicate.
